Going electric is easy and we are confident you’ll love it too, that’s why we are giving you 100 days to get comfortable and feel good driving electric. We’re sure you will love your new ID. but if it’s not the right fit, you can bring it back. Simply notify us, and return it between 80 and 100 days after your handover. Once it’s been returned, you’ll receive a refund minus reasonable costs like damage, modification repairs, depreciation, OHME wall box charges and finance deductions.

Volkswagen UK Grant Guarantee
The government announced on 15 July 2025 a new Electric Car Grant scheme offering discounts for UK buyers of some battery electric vehicles. To qualify for the grant, models have to meet certain criteria relating to pricing and environmental impact among others. We are working with the UK Government to confirm which of our models might be eligible for a discount. Volkswagen is pleased to announce a £1,500 Volkswagen UK Grant Guarantee.
