• Work in a truly professionally, structured business that has removed the blockers to writing business. Once trained and achieving minimum targets you will be able to quote finance, process proposals, value part-exchanges and take orders online but always be 100% compliant with the full support of your management support team as required

Our two showrooms are amongst the largest with a total internal display area for 40 new and used cars with over 100 on display outside. We also encourage our teams to work across both branches. There are no blockers to maximising opportunity.

Firstly you must have a total belief in your ability. Ideally, you will live within a 15-mile maximum radius of Windrush Volkswagen Maidenhead.
