Windrush Volkswagen Maidenhead were great because the personal touch was simply first rate. Harvey the salesman was fantastic and went the extra mile at every step of the process - he even delivered the car on his day off! I had 2 terrible experiences in the last 6 months trying to buy a golf R at two huge flag ship VW main dealers and in addition to this my local VW dealer also a huge outfit didn't offer a single option in 6 months of looking - I seriously nearly gave up getting a VW. Then I had the good fortune of finding a car that looked suitable at Windrush while I was overseas and started the conversation with Harvey. If I or any of my family wanted a new VW in the future I would ring Windrush and offer them the business despite them being 130 miles from me. They took pride in the preparation of the car and it was prepared to a high standard and in line with what I would expect - this contrasts to the other 2 large main dealers I had the misfortune to deal with previously who cut corners in the prep and overlooked major issues with both cars With Windrush the personal touch this smaller family dealership offered was head and shoulders above the impersonal larger dealerships and every member of staff made me feel welcome from the receptionist who already knew that I had driven from Norwich to view the car and offered me a coffee on arrival, to Adam the sales manager who came over and said hello to Harvey who made every aspect of the sale easy and hassle free - thanks!

The experience at Windrush Volkswagen Slough was good because Mani was exceptional he made sure I understood exactly what my car could do before he was happy to let me go home! He was professional to the enth degree as we purchased the car, staying beyond his hours and contacting me by text and email in the following days to check all was well with the car ( we purchased from a distance and had not seen the car in the flesh!). The staff at Windrush Volkswagen Maidenhead were good because they were very professional, friendly and did not apply any high pressure sales tactics. The salesman listened to what we wanted and although they had already sold the car we were interested in he showed us a car which was £2000 dearer but actually suited our needs better. They also gave us a great deal on our part exchange so we left feeling very happy with our purchase.
