About the Job

The Windrush Volkswagen Fleet & Business Sales Team is looking to expand its department and employ someone to promote and develop sales in the Personal Contract Hire channel, through the use of Internet based advertising, lead generation and showroom enquiries as well as building, developing and maintaining relationships with vehicle Brokers.

The successful candidate must be comfortable with managing Internet leads and also be able to look after customers visiting our showrooms, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional ‘Retail Experience’, guiding them through the buying process.

You will need to have the skills of building and managing a strong sales order pipeline whilst servicing the existing client base pipeline and renewal opportunities which are in abundance. Therefore, the role requires someone who is able to manage their day accordingly in order to maximise the earning potential.

As the role is both phone and email based, the successful candidate will need to be articulate and have a great command of written and verbal English as well as excellent IT skills.

Up-to-date FCA training and appreciation of the principles of FCA and TCF would be a great advantage.

  • Possess excellent listening, negotiation and communication skills, have a strong command of written and verbal English as well as good IT Literacy skills and understanding of Social Media.
  • Convey enthusiasm and knowledge every time you interact with a customer, be it on the phone on face to face, understanding a customer’s individual requirements and recommend the best products/services.
  • Provide accurate, competitive and timely communication regarding vehicle pricing and campaigns.
  • Actively maximise every sales opportunity, overachieve on targets and exceed customer expectations by always acting with integrity, professionalism.
  • Maintain a structured database using agreed systems to provide regular, systematic reports showing activity, contacts, communications, sales progress, sales analysis and potential areas for sales, profit and lost opportunities
  • Possess a Full EU Driving Licence

As a Volkswagen Leasing and Broker sales executive you will receive a guaranteed basic salary of £20,000, with a realistic OTE of £40,000.
